External Description
Villa San Gimignano View is situated in the wonderful countryside of San Gimignano, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The property is surrounded by a well-kept garden with lawn, barbecue, and a private parking.
Under the porch you will find a delightful veranda, furnished with a dining table for 8 people, a hammock, and a relaxation area (with wicker sofas and armchairs).
Among the outdoor spaces is also a lovely pool (7 x 14 m), open all year round, equipped with parasols, sunbeds and seats.
Within the garden guests can freely use a ping pong table, and a basketball hoop.
Moreover at guests' disposal a tennis court, located about 500 meters from the villa.
Please note that the outdoor kitchen is used exclusively by the chef of the private restaurant which is located 100 meters from the property. The restaurant is exclusive for guests of the villa and can only be used for dinner upon reservation.
Internal Description
Furnished in an elegant style with some design pieces, Villa San Gimignano View is made up of a mail bulding and a small dependance. The whole property can accommodate up to 10 people, has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Internet Wifi is included. Three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (split system) while the other two bedrooms have a ceiling fan. Cots and high chairs can be add on request. Pets are not allowed.
Main building: The main building is spread over 2 floors. The ground floor houses the large living area that is connected directly to the external veranda through some French windows. In detail you will find: an open-space living room, furnished with two sofas, armchairs, bookcase, tv and desk; a lounge room with two armchairs and stereo system; a dining room with a table for 6/8 people, and a piano.
Following is a modern island kitchen, equipped with: oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee machine, toaster, and dishwasher.
Lastly there is a double bedroom (bed size: 180 x 200 m) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).
Guests also have access to a laundry room with washing machine, and luggage storage.
The first floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, consisting of 3 double bedrooms (bed sizes: 160 x 200 m, 170 x 200 m and 180 x 200 m) and 2 bathrooms (one ensuite with bathtub and the other with shower). Also on this level you will find a single terrace that connects two bedrooms, while the third bedroom does not have the direct access to the terrace.
Dependance: The small dependance is set on one single level, on the ground floor, and consists of a double bedroom (bed size: 160 x 200 m), a kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; 1 baby cot and 1 high chair available at the villa; house, garden and pool maintenance; use of the pool, and tennis court.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (400.00€); exclusive use of the home restaurant with private chef (available only for dinner by reservation). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 800.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

Villa San Gimignano View is located in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, between Siena and Florence, and just 3 km from San Gimignano, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
San Gimignano is set on a hill and is characterized by its beautiful towers and for Vernaccia (famous Tuscan white wine, the first Italian wine to receive the mark of DOC, Controlled Designation of Origin, in 1966).
The villa boasts a wonderful location as it allows you to easily and quickly reach both the Chianti area (Greve, Gaiole, Radda), and also some ancient Tuscan villages, little pearls of the surrounding area such as:
- Certaldo Alta, a medieval village where the Italian writer and poet Giovanni Boccaccio lived;
- Volterra, a famous Etruscan city with its walls and museum;
- San Miniato, historic Napoleone Bonaparte's destination during his Italian Campaign, renowned for its white truffles.
